A series that in many cases simply recreated, in taped cyanotypes, standout ads from Citibank’s extensive narrative campaign that featured an odd mix of wisdom, wit, and comi-tragedy. In the latter images, a sub-set of the series, I documented my own six-degree connection to power, in one case my own brother’s connection to Peter Orszag, who at the time was a Citibank executive, and also the parent of a child going to the school my brother ran.
